Despite this Google has the fourth highest employee turnover of any Fortune 500 company (Amazon is number two) so why employees decide to rise their complaints?

The website Quora  has been used by Google employees to reveal the worst thing about working for Google. Through this channel employees have been confessing the worst thing about working at the company on an open thread including complaints about an excess of play areas and poor management.

One of the major downsides about working for the tech giant is that many people are overqualified for their jobs."Everyone is awesome, so they can hire the very best people to do even the most mundane jobs" Other state that Google is not a startup any more. It´s a big corporation, so big you can´t have any impact on it.

Workers add that the working climate is not adequate. Many of the engineers are arrogant and the working spaces are not prepared to get work done.  One commenter complained about the "difficulty of actually getting any work done: With all the open areas for food, games, TV, tech talks, etc, it can be surprisingly hard to find a quiet, private place to think.”
