Traineeships: come and join the European Parliament
Traineeships at the European Parliament offer you the opportunity to get an insight in the EU institutions, discover the decision-making process, make many new international connections and challenge yourself in one of the most multicultural environments. It´s also a great experience at the heart of the European Union and a chance to expand your cultural horizons. You can apply for a Schuman traineeships between 15 August and 15 October.
A traineeship at the Parliament is an opportunity to meet and work with people from all over Europe, make new friends and valuable professional connections. You get the chance to actively contribute to the EU and apply your theoretical knowledge in a fascinating professional environment. You will also be directly involved in different areas such as communications, policy-making, translation and administration. It also allows you to give your CV a boost and use it to help launch your career.
It is possible to choose between a wide range of traineeships, from the general option for university graduates to the journalism and translation ones. Both the translation traineeships and the Robert Schuman traineeships are paid and they last respectively three and five months. Traineeships are also available for students who have not graduated yet.

The applications for university graduates (Robert Schuman) traineeships starting on 1 March 2018 will open on 15 August. Should you be interested, fill in the online application form and submit it no later than midnight on 15 October.
