Shot Shop is a visual search engine for fashion and accessories

A Spanish start-up has developed an ´app´ that uses a vision technology and allows from a picture of a garment to search for the specific or similar product that matches with the product of the picture.

Looking for a specific garment that can not find? Got a photo but do not know where to buy it?  Shot & Shop will help in that search

Shot & Shop
is a visual search engine for fashion and accessories,  that will change shopping habbits . A Spanish company has developed and patented algorithms that allow to find, from a photo, the garment or accessory that is sought by the Network system analyzes the shape of the garment photographed , prints , textures ... etc. .

Once the user selects the product Shot & Shop redirected to the website of the brand, where you can buy it. It is a technology that ican be used in a mobile app, but it is extensible to any platform with visual content. Is now available for iPhone and Android phones, although it extended to Windows and BlackBerry devices, and are working on a web version .

Through a product photo anything you can find the most similar result through internet. If you want a shoe with Shot & Shop the user can photograph the original and find an identical or close to this model within the thousands of brands that the application has.

One of the most revolutionary qualities of the technology behind Shot & Shop is recognizing objects that haven´t been identified before. This is an algorithm that visually interpret things the way our brain. And this can extend the solution to other product categories, such as decoration or gardening. The tool not only locate clothing or accessories that the user has photographed, also offers similar results, filter by following colors, shapes and prices.



Currently Shot & Shop has over 200,000 products in the catalog and more than 1,600 brands and will increase as agreements advance with other fashion companies under negotiation such as Inditex, Net-A-Porter, the English Court ...).
